Minimum System Requirements
Specific requirements vary by product. Please refer to the 'System Requirements' tab inside the Product Page for the device in which you're interested.
Common Issues:
- For the SWP100A, please make certain that you are using the black hole (the green hole is for audio) on the adapter base when powering up the device.
- Please makes certain that your HDMI or VGA cable is snuggly inserted into the adapter base on one end and the TV/display on the other.
- Please make sure that you select the proper input source on your television using your TV's remote control.
